GLOUCESTER, Monday. Fred. Forbes, while crossing a log at Craven Creek, fell, and the gun he was carry- ing exploded. The charge lodged in his thigh, the flesh being blown away. WALCHA, Monday. Sidney Cooper was wallaby-shooting yes- terday, at Cunderang Falls, when he was shot in the head. A party left last night to bring him up, and expect to reach Moona Plains station to-night. His wife and three children reside at Tuena. The case is con- sidered hopeless.
