TWO CHILDREN DROWNED AT ARMIDALE.

[BY TELEGRAPH.]
(FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.)

ARMIDALE, THURSDAY.

Yesterday a boy 10 years old and his sister, aged six
years, children of Mr. George Davis, superintendent of
Herbert Park station, were drowned in Cameron's Creek;
12 miles from Armidale. The children went to the creek
for water, and it is supposed that they fell off a temporary
stage which the boy was erecting into a deep waterhole.
