In the estate of James Margarson, a single meeting, at 11 o'clock. In the estate of James Atkinson, an adjourned single meeting, at half-past 11. New Insolvent.-The following schedule was filed yesterday :-C. F. Williams, late storekeeper and postmaster, at Tamworth. Debts, £1245 16s, 10d. Assets-personal property £10 ; outstanding depts (exclusive of bad and doubtful), £82 1s. 2½d. Balance defi- ciency, £1153 15s. 7½d.—Mr. Morris, official assignee.
