Union official assaulted.

GUYRA, Wednesday. John Hagan, A.W.U. organiser, proceeded against Norman Heagney, grazier of Oban- road, Guyra, for alleged assault Hagan said he was ordered from Heagney's wool shed, and that Heagney struck him on the forehead. Heagney was found guilty, but no fine was imposed. He was ordered to pay £6 0 6 costs. A cross-action by Heagney also alleging as- sault, was dismissed.
