Mr. Duncan McRae

Mr. Duncan McRae, a well-known grazier
of Inverinate, Armidale, whose death occurred
on December 23, was one of the first three
settlers in the Wollomombi district. He was
94 years of age. His wife predeceased him
four years ago, and he is survived by four sons
and three daughters.  The funeral in the
Kilcoy Cemetery, near Armidale, was largely
attended.

Mr J D McRae, a nephew, who was a pas-
toralist in the same district, died on December
21, and the funerals were held simultane-
ously.
