GLEN INNES, Thursday.

Mr Chas. Woods, son of Mr Robt. Woods,
of Glencoe, near Glen Innes, recently had
his left leg badly broken in two places
through getting jammed between a shed and
an engine he was removing with a team of
horses. He narrowly escaped being crushed
to death.
