Military Tournament

ARMIDALE, Monday.
On Saturday afternoon the local squadron of the 6th Regiment of Light Horse held a tournament on the showground. The events were keenly contested. The individual tent pegging contest was won by Corporal Johnstone. Sectional tent-pegging resulted : – Corporal Johnstone’s team, 1; S. S. McMlllan’s team, 2. Tent-pegging over jumps : S.S. Ryan, 1; Trooper Munsie, 2. Rescue Race : S.S. Ryan and S.S. Munsie.
