SALE OF A MINE.

The West Sunlight Mine, with plant and machinery, was offered at auction to-day at Metz, and was bought for £1560 by Mr. Edward McNamara, who also secured a heap of West Sunlight tailings for £51.

[... and in the process of doing this, I'll learn more about the history of the area in which I live. I'll concentrate on northern New England, at least initially, rather than the entire New England area, as that's the part I'm more familiar with.]
