Littlejohn v Hardaker.

Mr. Garland and Mr. A. Thomson, instructed by Messrs. Vindin and Littlejohn, appeared for the plaintiff; and Mr. Blacket and Mr. Tighe, instructed by Mr. H. Weaver, of Armidale (by his agent, Mr. J. W. E. Weaver), for the defendant. This was an action brought by George Stanley Littlejohn and Albert Littlejohn, merchants, trading as Scott, Henderson, and Co., against George Benjamin Hardaker, storekeeper, of Armidale, to recover the sum of £48 claimed to be due by defendant for vulcanite rubber supplied for three balconies of defendant’s store at Armidale in November, 1908. Defendant pleaded not indebted.

The case stands part heard.
