Fatal accident at Hillgrove Station

HILLGROVE, Saturday.
A fatal accident occurred at Hillgrove Station last night. A lad named William Palmer, aged 18, was assisting to yard bullocks and was knocked down by a beast. A sliprail struck him in the abdomen with considerable force and he died in the hospital at 11 o’clock to-day. An inquiry was held before the coroner, Mr William Morgan, this afternoon and the jury returned a verdict of accidental death.
