Kunderang: Fitzgerald, Crawford, and McDonell

A narrow escape from drowning is reported, Mr. A. R. Crawford being washed from his horse in endeavouring to cross Kunderang Creek, but was fortunately rescued, apparently with some difficulty, by Mr. J. Fitzgerald.

HILLGROVE, Thursday.

A son (aged 14) of J. Fitzgerald, of Kunderang station, was drowned on Tuesday night when attempting to cross George’s Creek, which was in flood.

McDONELL Thomas Alexander – June 2, 1948 at Wade House, Camperdown, beloved infant son of Thelma and Alex of Kunderang, Upper Macleay River, aged four weeks. Interred Catholic portion of Waverley Cemetery.
